The Rocket name, in french is the derivative of Roche, and originally in older dialects with the namesake of Roque, and there is a sharp tiny lattuie, (lettuce) known as Roquette.

When dealing with the "Vaux" name change into "Vans".
It could have been a humorous invent to name it after wine itself. Vans being the french phonetic of the french word for wine: "Les Vins".

The number 20 "Vingt", pronounced "Vah-nne" ", Vins (in french)", coincides with many marvels, in Science, and even Sports.
"20" is the top number on a dartboard. The time of becoming an adult, to the Atomic number of calcium, and so forth.

Vannes, France

Though the keep of 'Vannes', a strategically important city in Britanny, France; the travels of the surname really stems from its prior hold on Southern France.

"Vans", surname is typically found in the North, with the French Normans, (through Maud Chester, listed on previous blog). The heritage location, of Normandy and Bretagne, for the 'Vannes' names, was about one hundred and fifty years prior the time of William the Conquerer's Siege of England.
When "Rollo", and other famous knights of the tech-mechanic era surnames, many descending from the French Monarchs.

The V 'ahnce' with the long 's' snake sounding ending, was most likely from recent American dialects.

Many forms of Beauty

Where the most beautiful Vaux's become Beau's.

I haven't seen anywhere online with Beau & Vaux together, which leads me to 2 versions: "beautiful valley" or just an "ok valley". Both valley types, able to contain other meanings indicative of the people:
"Are you in a beautiful place with yourself recently?", or just "Vaux: an average normal with nothing spectacular. Where when names were being assigned one-by-one as time passed.
The people from Baux (Beau) were known as being "kind-hearted or good-looking" and the ones from "Vaux", known as being: a normal friend or foe.

Which Mountains to Climb?

Even the V as a sharp looking Consonant, meaning of a valley that's difficult to climb and dangerous, where the B valleys could be older mountains.

In a time, when no words were written, the slightly softer tonation of 'B', from 'V' (in french) could have saved your life, by the direction of where you were physically walking towards.

The Viking Areas or the Bascogne, Many of the Northern mountains are not hikable, unless a mountain sheep and used all over Switzerland higher to climb Alps is Vaud, and Vaux, steeper and more dangerous. If anomalies have interrupted along the way, where a Baux mountain is steep, that probably returns to local claims from the Bascogne in spoken tongue were their regional lands.

Secure Your Valleys

To walk away from your valley, was to also possibly lose it to strangers or enemies. Hence, populating becoming a security need, where a religion with plural wives, like the Mormon faith would flourish. Oddly the Mormons do speak of "Golden tablets, etched-in writing on gold plates," from a time very long ago.

Keep the valleys filled with your army of persons, to maintain ownership.

The Local Claimers

It's very possible in modern Bretagne and other areas of Europe, that people from many old dialects prefer to not recognize official French ownership papers. Especially when the owners have forfeited their lands for a while to go elsewhere. ie., purchased house & fields, and the fields have been re-claimed by local farmers, after being allowed to till the soil for few years. A very difficult situation to stop, once they've been given the workable land.

A non-humourous situation, where a country officially sets its boundry and habitation rules, yet those rules don't really apply to the local people. The beaucracy of Paris is in Paris.

deeded by its very own surnamed-persons (or builder designer count or countess Vaux, who named the chateaux.), The provenance effect is returns to the heritage of that family and surname.
A rightful ownership also, in the eyes of many, Non-disputed ownership. Where that castle belongs with persons of that family, as long as they do not abandon it on purpose.

Henry the first King of England:

He died of poisoning, from overeating the eel fish called lamphreys. Possibly a problem that exists even today, to over-imbibe on the river snake, may actually find ones-self at deaths-end quickly. It may be a descendant poisoner specifically, kinda like an avoidfish, for the Beauclerc children, etc. It's an inland variety, here in France.

I was trying to get to the king-line, away from Edward the third and found a line through, much earlier...with the Earls of Chester.

The Earls of Chester, with Rundulf, le Meschin, and others, are inner-fixed in Normandy, Calvados region for quite a while, and the Guernons, built at least one castle during that time. There was a web-page stating 50 or so manor houses in conjunction were given to the Chester Earls, in the Guernon area, so I suppose they are somewhere on the books as a property title that is historically deed-owned.

This is getting embarassing,

I thought the King line was to France only from the Plantagent Kings,

bringing in a young looking curley red-blondish type.

I wanna tease at his shoes, but, no, I discovered a few more surnames, 
away from this poetic ruler.

There was a moment around my Saunders line, 
where the saunders was not being found as being married to a Whetenhall, but it was recovered to find Alice Aly of Berkeley.

In those times, genealogy is really bad for the heart. 
To have a kingdom one day and feel it was all lost,
because of an online database, stating another name.

I prefer to already know my convictions of purpose rather than require these lines as a necessity, but the peoople are so diatribed into this family tree being exact. It does seem odd, when years before, great leaders simply took over, rather than databased into rule.

This particular line, has 15 or so, reigns of French Kings.
With these 15 reigns, includes, the members of my French royalty.

The other surnames shared with my Capetian Line,
such as Berkeley, are direct descendants of the Capets.
Yet, they did not continue with their French connection,
and do not have any castles here, to my knowledge.
therefore they are not included as part of our royal property holdings here in France.

We can call them then "The Capetti's" for short.

It sounds like millions of people would have sprouted, from the French Capets, but due to several reasons the line was sparce: The Capetian Kings in general, had very few childen, and in later years of French Royalty and other Aristocracy it was made fashionable as to even have no children. Bringing the constant question: of who would inherit the throne? Leaving even Marie Antoinette in charge of France, to idle with the Kingdoms wealth.
Which brought the massive ousting of the Royals from France, with the French Revolution.
A history that is re-played, each year with the August celebration "Bastile Day". The day which still commemorates the peasant class away from Monarchy rule.
The Aristocracy with their less-to-no children, were even guillotined by the revolutionaries, abruptly ending their blood-line forever. Others who escaped, such as the Fontaines, were helped by declaring themselves as religiously persecuted Huguenauts, rather than Aristocracy, in order to avoid being be-headed. The name Fontaine changed here in America, quite quickly, as followers could have found them out even that far away from France.

I'm even going to including more, surnames, thusly people, from other french lines, through other grandparents, and certainly one of the first is that of the Fontaine family due to Fontainebleau, because as Capetti Kings we formerly lived and died there, several times.

With that pairing agreement over the years, many persons and other surnames, of persons would not be here, therefore as such an ancient names, we are forever inextricably linked as the keepers of france for at least another 500 years or so.

Typical Capetian Surnames

Back to the many French Capetti surnames, and their children, It seems like a monstrosity of a list, but not everyone is inclined to be as enthusiastic as I am, and presume they even wish to denounce several of our Vaux intentions as lessors.

In that old heat they build, if we choose to declare ourselves under their terms, we lose what is our inheritable rights of dominion. Please understand they are not all moving to France, so, perhaps they need to stay in America or wherever.

Why would they reject the offer? wimp, wimp, on the wimpa: Many reasons, estrangement types, and nationalistic clingers, of only these past 100 yrs.
It's evident that not all lines under the Capet kings line will be of persons who can, at anytime in their mind or adventure self-state, become a new royale family again. Due to weaker line input from non-political persons.

The "tell me when its over and completed" group of, "and I'll join then", are not included, and lists of those person will be written as a ruling that they lost, the inclusion for themselves to be on grounds of any Vaux Kingdom Royal family property.
If one of their young adult or adult-children has the gumption to travel the distance, then, ok, we have can include the young adult on the list.

we have set-up rest-homes at a few chateaus, for a few relatives, and some decide its "ok", to be in with Vaux Kingdom.

The Monopoly Business of Keeping Chateaus:

The Non-Capetti (Non-Capet, Non-Capetian) Personal Surnamed Chateaus:
One quick way to dismantle the confusion of "It's my castle",
as says one surnamed person, adamantly, to a person who shares his surname.

One method is.... with a large surname family, then let it be a massive group purchase:

All the "surname persons of "Roche - such and such" pay 1,000 each,
and the castle is thereby the families, and they have a place to stay on holiday.
With higher amounts going for the longer stay persons.
Free rents going to the surnamed castles, builder workers and estate keepers, during major reconstructions, later after the rebuilds, keeping a few of the free rent estate keepers for basic duties, gardens, greet and meets, etc.

That is a case that works,
when no one has any idea who really is the direct line
to the original seats of the region, or locality at the
time the chateaus was built. Yet, they hold namesake value.

The original seats were normally held by the Dukes, Counts, Earls, Kings and Queens,  and even the Marquisse'. Whereas siblings of these chateaus were not always given such elaborately political obligations

In this reason, not all persons of a surname can be treated equally,
because if one has an ancestor that held a high position, such as Duke, rather than a cousin with the same surname, they were not actually a legitimate blood-line from the keeper of the castle and region(s) itself..only the Duke's line is.

If the answer of the original castle seated owners is known, then
we have help further, as those descendants have the more rights over the
deed, under the Kingdom itself.

Such as with Treverez, (if it is a non-capet) ie:
all the original seat descendants of that small castle,
are able to purchase it directly,
therefore, it's not fair for one to buy the property-out over the others,
because many they inherited the blood-line equally.

In the Treverez situation if the Treverez family is found,
they have to share the property.

Bank Loan:
Many grouped families of these surnamed castles may still require a bank loan,
if from the Vaux Kingdom (if it materialized) expressly for this purpose, I am setting it at 5%. Otherwise a regular bank loan or an EU assistance loan.

The Vaux Anjou Ownership Treaty: Castles & Some Earlier 500 yr. Reigns

One interesting item, I discovered today,

is that King Philip IV of France from my mothers' Vaux line,

was born at the Fontainebleau from my fathers' Fontaine line.

I'm desperate to find an old image, "painting" of the original Fontainebleau, with its forests surrounding it, era 1200's. Their website details all the new extreme opulence from the 15th century to recent times. (The unpopular Royals of decadence, the Bourgeoisie. Royals who neglected the populous, which forced the people to want a French Revolution. 1500-"1789". Giving Napoleon Bonaparte rights to dictate, based upon his frugality, and skill to feed an army.)

also including, wives married into the name without inherital rights of dominion. Only children of those marriages have priviledges, to work for this venue of prospectus. There should be enough of us, to fill the chateaus,

as our homes again, while maintaining the business have-to's.

No free rides though, in thinking that the Vaux Kingdom will be the bail-out of each surnames repairs, that money has to be beckoned from the keeper themselves.

If they cannot keep the manors in shape and in business,

then the Vaux Kingdom: has the honorable respectus of ownership rights to re-associate itself more inherently, meaning: the adaptation of the Vaux name with the original surname. 

We also will be using, the names of Beau, Baux, and the occasional fort or mont surname endings, to supply the deed-pairing with appropriate namage, otherwise there will be too many Vaux chateau's.

So, if the Fontainebleau is bankrupt, we become the Vaux Fontainbleau. In this way, the original surname is kept, and each of these sorts of castles are with the family for years to come.

Being a "De Vaux Chateau" or castle, means the kingdom is there with its additional infrastructure funding, to supply rebuilds.

As many of you have noticed, the olde EU did not repair all of these castles, and went with the premise that anyone could 

show up and pay for the labor, and supplies, etc. with a later date re-instatement to be paid for supplies.

In similar, nor can we, foot the bill for all these repairs, without being direct business owners, Though, as mentioned above, we will be transferred in as direct-owners, in times of diress.

2nd ruling:

A stop of sales or resales from these original families castles and/or chateaus.

Also, any chateaus, that do not have any surnamed persons of origin and descent available, then the chateau's name will also change into the more formal of: ie:  "Le Vaux de La Fontaine"

So, history is kept while being refurbished also.

If your castle has been sold away from the families surname through the years, well, we'll have to get it back.

I will be pushy and demand property taxes from those persons and that event will exhume them from the premises, without having to start any wars with crying relatives over inherited belongs.

The Vaux Anjou Ownership Treaty Conclusives:

If your family cannot afford your castle, well then it becomes a pair-deeded ownership with the Kingdom.

I am from the counts of Anjou so far, so, there's a joke in humor with that one. (the anjou is the pearvariety.)

Direct-Line Surname Clarifications:

A direct line means one surname that holds the 

shared blood-type of one particular group of family tree. 

... and that group share the same ancestors lines. 

The direct-line surname lines, are classed as higher surname descent.

The non-direct surname lines, 

that carry the same surname, 

are to be classed as lessor surname descent.

In this way, shared names, such as those given to indentured servants or other surnamed persons, from other world regions, are not complicated into as shared in blood-line. As the lines do not match.

In example: 

The Vaux's of Hainaut are of higher surname descent, to the Vaux's whose parents, grandparents and ancestors who were not of the direct-line surname parentage Hainaut** also.

The lessor surname group of descendants are useful when the higher surname descent group is unavailable to be found or has died out. 

If a higher surname descent group dies out

then, a non-direct blood-line lineage is able to participate as an inheritor to that families particular line of estates and duties. Though they cannot ever in full value commit themselves as persons of the higher surname descendants. 

Persons who are able by genealogies proofs, to be the direct-line higher surname descendants, are the first and obvious choice of that families group of businesses, localities and castle keeps.

**In the example of Hainaut, there may be other Hainaut lines, though not ones that share the same path to the Royal Family of England. 

Therefore they are classed as lessor Hainauts, 

with this particular direct-line. 

Where the newer names of today such as Hanes and Hainsworth possibly direct descendants of  Philippa Hainaut as cousins, can still protect their families fortunes of pantyhose companies, 

away from the descendants of Philippa Hainaut and her marriage partner King Edward [111], 

and those pantyhose companies lines are classed as higher Hainaults lines, to the lessor lines of Phillipa and King Edward [111].

No panty-hose for King Edward's line, unless it was found that somewhere later than another Hainaut group that held the companies affiliations, and re-married into as one of his further descendants.

The Properties Sold Page

Well, I completed the property buyer seller page,
with the first 1000 rows,
and those can extend to up to a million or so,
just not sure whether my little computer can handle it.

The property sheet updates the main budget sheet's sum totals,
after each new sold event,
& allows for the original asking price before a property is sold,
to be there as a stagnant, ready for when a buyer accepts the deal.

I am a bit tired and have made some notorious mistakes, and encountered problems stupid, with the text call box returns failing to 0.

Then all the extravagent changes to selection of population,
the 20 year consolidation feature,
with value holds of the department budget field of the first year.

Sometimes errors are not found out until later,
they have been easy enough to fix, though there edging me out.

I am creating the property buy-sell-to page next,

and I guess through this journey have discovered
more exactations of the Kingdoms banks workings.

Such as the Kingdom is the center participant of the sales,
where the buyer pays the Kingdom, and we in turn pay the seller and or mortgaging bank. ..........similar to a notary bank.

The major deal is the actual selling price is 25%
below the sellers original asking price accepted.
But the buyer pays the original ask.

and......
The banks accept the existing sold property value of 750,000, as shown above.
Knowing that without the Kingdom, they never had the mortgage to begin with.
Because the prices had become so high,
that a foreclosure version of property crash was evident.

Shanty town living of the inner-city 4-10 persons buying one property to support the mortgage for a tiny house or apartment, has got to go away.

The extra 5,000 to 10,000 helps, but will it be enough?

That is the next problem later, not now,
as the injection of cash flow to the mortgage banks,
quiets their fears aways from excessive foreclosures
and of becoming possibly bankrupt.




 

Savings Increase Chart

With the starting year,
the new citizens with the pre-paid wage & departments are supported,
during the year to receive compensation.
The next year the new citizens are considered as prior citizens,
& receive the yearly amount.

After the starting years, ...the chart begins on the current year.
& if there for some reason,
is not enough to cover the new citizens pre-paid wage,
during the following year,
...I added in increasers & reducers,
with the reduce population choices of: 25% 50% 75%
and an optional by the month, (answered from the sales page).
along with the original option to increase the population from the kept savings account.

Sales to population “Savings limits” are based on each years property sales.
Anyway, in explaining again,
the property sales support the wage, departments & savings outputs.

 
The system is based on property sales during the year,
that allow for new population citizens, depending on sales.
A maximum #of new population allowed is listed in the chart,
& as the sales occur, the new invitees,
are included to receive their pre-paid wage.

Though the first years payments, are less,
because of the shorter year time-frame.
Their payment amounts are monthly reductions,
listed on the sales page.

With the inclusion of : new citizen allows :,
each new or prior citizen does not actually have to purchase property,
because the population allowed numeration are sales based.

4 dudes & a house

The fighters persist that there is not enough payment:
to support the Kingdom, their retirement etc, etc.,

when all they do is put 10,000 each a year towards a property,
already given from the Kingdom.

In truth, at first it does not sound to be enough,
looking at the more exacting figures from my almost finished
updates to the property allowance sheet:

a property valued at: 460,000 over 20 yrs of loan time: 240 months 

4 guys:  5% loan purchased through a bank with no down payment.

with the Kingdom's yearly mortgage allowances grouped: 40,000 per yr

The yearly payment to the bank including interest & insurances: 39,343

Final sale price, at 20 yrs: 920,000
(doubled each 20 yrs.)

to the Kingdom:
taxation to the mortgage bank of 25% on its interest earnings: 67,148
property sale tax of 25% to the sellers: 230,000
pre-paid wage tax of 25%, from the Kingdoms pre-paid wage losses,(-800,000)
per person selling: 35,625 (142,000)

the original sellers tax, 20 yrs prior: 115,000
(not from the 4 dudes, as they were then buyers.)
total to kingdom savings 20 yrs before: 115,000 (#3. below)
total to kingdom savings 20 yrs later: 439,000

the 1 property in full circle returning: 554,000

The loss to the Kingdom from the free giving of their pre-paid wages
is vastly reduced: to around 250,000 for the 4 dudes.
or 62,500 each person each 20 yrs.

This is where other unique taxes,
make up the difference & pay for its departments.

the 4 dudes :
who initially received the free yearly income for the property,
are able to add into their savings: 547,500
136,875 each.

After the 20 yrs, chances are higher,
that each of the 4 dudes will go on and purchase again,
helping to fund a new taxation gain by being buyers
for a property within the kingdom.
Though if they rent, it is not a perjure either,
because those rents also help to pay properties to re-fund the balance.

If the 4 dudes also have specialized careers,
they will opt for a more expensive property,
thereby giving more revenue to the kingdom upon sale,
more taxation revenue...
from the Kingdoms initial 200,000 allowed per each investment.

So, the above example,
is kind of a worse case scenario on returns back into the Kingdoms savings.

Whereas a 1,000,000 property, 
requiring extra payments of 3,794 per month between them, returns:
1,400,000 in savings for the 4 dudes.

& over the 20 yr properties buy & sell life cycle, it returns:
after all the pre-paid wage losses are recouped, an extra,
170,000 to the Kingdoms savings.

Other Kingdom Revenue:
1.) & the other revenue from taxation of specific businesses or persons,
(including utilities companies, I forgot to add them in as taxable.),

2.) Earnings from loans on savings held with our Kingdom's bank.
The Kingdom bank that allows for; no-taxation on savings,
or a capital gains tax.

3.) The 25% from the initial sale of the property  20 yrs prior,
when the property was sold to the 4 dudes. as listed above.


These other sources make-up the additional pre-paid wage losses,& fund the departments of the Kingdom.

aside from offering other benefits such as, curing poverty,
the persons are also able to fund businesses for profit shares.

If in a look-thru, & the 25% property sales tax is not enough, we up it to 35%.

The 4 dudes can't be angry if there is an increase,
because the money was initially given to them for free to make the purchase.


When persons have savings,
they are a credit of value to society,
because they choose to protect it, rather than harm it.

There has been the balance upset between those want to protect their society
over the ones who do not care, if any of us live or die,
entering populations into a state of persons of dis-harmony, rather than help.

Way too many scary people out there,
I prefer to alter the "group" of these scary types
& stop having more of them enter into a majority of dis-tame.

Dis-tame being criminality of all sorts & kinds.

To alter these types of persons, economics, is a value,
as a passivation tool, a tool they do not need to understand,
merely live in the new choice, an option ...away from life as a dungeon dreary.
