Policing the New Kingdom

To handle civil servant careers such as policemen, rescue workers etc.


They are given the same 20000 per year as everyone else, & if they are wanting to acumen higher with an enterprise such as a business of security then that is an independent business not allowed to use our goods or weapons.

For a policing business such as a coliseum patrol,
they will be bicycle patrol only, & without vehicles.
unless the vehicle is an ambulance or fire truck.

If an offending vehicle is to be chased that would not be your jurisdiction.
so relax, merely call it off to the main precinct.

When our staff is needed to calm down crowds, the same applies,
they will be bicycle patrol only, & without vehicles.

Do not use sirens at all, as they frighten the crowds into mania,
which could cause harm to persons innocent.


With the new kingdom of France within the bay area, 
the local bicycle shops are asked to help out at this time,
because their are not that many bikes with the army and police offered.

Duties are light, & it should be peaceful,
though we may still have a few against monarchy and pre-paid wage contenders...
If an arson-to-vehicle group is located,
arrest is given & they are sent back into the barracks of alameda
and other bay area jails.

"Why a person would want keep poverty?"
would be the interrogation line of questioning,
"Are the cohearsed by someone else?"

After the feasting days of the kingdom has resolved into acceptance
and agreements of the crowds are meandering back to work & school,
in wait for the new money.

Policing is simply less, less domestic abuse quarrels,
and onto speed patrols, (if technology hasn't made another tagging device)
and seeking out crime syndicates.

Patroling is to be more local, via bicycles, roller skates or a small electric skooter device, or segway, depending upon terrain and sidewalks.

There will be freeway use priviledge stickers,
as used in germany france & switzerland,
& these stickers need to be verified by a red or green light before entering a freeway, as purchased and updated.

There is that truth, not everyone uses freeways, some people are car-less for ecology reasons, so it is a necessary infliction of a road tax there, on highways and freeways over 55 miles per hour.

The yearly freeway roads sticker is amounted to cost: 35 Vas in currency.

As our Kingdom Rises

To offer our new world government from the De Vaux Kingdom of France to  more regions and countries, we have to realize a halt moment in a properties acceptance, when we are oversupplied.

High priced properties & oddities are:
Any property over 10,000,000 in value.
Yacht & houseboat properties* maybe later.
Large farmholdings

Able to be included without a buyer are:
Residential properties, under 10,000,000
Schools and Universities
Bridges & freeway businesses 
Public transport systems
Airports 

No free property swaps are allowed, 
as the penalty upon find will be greater than the 25%, to 35%.  
Army barrack & base lands are not to be listed as sales with our normal property bank balance, as each area is case by case, due to the land type or specific equipment contained therein. 
When one of those areas is free & cleared to be sold as a normal housing community, in ie. 
The kingdom will purchase it outright, at a lessor price than normal, and the additional income will go toward any current war veterans hospitals, as well as funding the maintenance of the other non-sold bases.


After this transition phase,
a warning limit is implemented to our bank balance,
when too many house and condos have been sold into our bank
though not yet sold.
At that time of oversupply,
we will go back to the initial beginning phase for all property purchases of,
"do you have a buyer already?"

There is no property tax on properties held within our kingdom
during the time-frame an owner has a property, only the taxation of 25%
upon sale. Therefore, future purchasers may actually make additional money over previous taxation rules.

Higher Priced Houses & Condos

Returning to property valuations in higher priced areas:



In order for persons to pay the already mortgages, and not sell right away,
they may require triple split ownerships, when other sources such as savings or business earnings, do not qualify to the amount needed.
  
If the yearly mortgage is between 20000-30000,
then 3 persons are required to make the payment from the new Kingdom yearly allowances, (up to 10000 each).

such as would be found with:
3 partners in a business
1 man & 2 wives
husband & wife & their young adult child (over 17)
3 friends

If the property is not being sold,
though 1 person wants to leave the commitment to the purchase,
then their value of... say,
100,000 over 10 years is honored,
minus 25% of the property tax, to 75,000 as the person's savings,
which can go toward another property they own,
or stay as their new savings account.


With amounts of higher examples such as 1,500,000
with a yearly loan of 5000 per month or 60,000 per year.
Only a part of the new allowance wages can help,
therefore business work efforts or savings or shared ownership
has to replace the difference.

Obviously 6 persons in a tiny bay area house to pay it off is ridiculous,
though it is not something we are concerned about as a governing wrong.

With work profits extra & savings then that house can resort with 2-3 person ownerships, as long as the business profits are accumulated to match the difference, of in this example, 30000, per yr.

A couple of bonus reminders, 

There is no business income tax, 
therefore the business savings & profits build quicker than before. 

The prepaid wage tolerates most workers
to not receive any other additional wages from a business owner. 
Therefore, the workers are freely there by choice, 
to build a business into success, 
rather than flee at whim with lost appealant energy.

As business owners, 
do not forget to allocate the profits to the workers savings each year, based upon their initial % of input to supplies 
and involvement of efforts.






The ones with higher priced homes, that are mom & pop businesses may be requiring a slight restructuring, to compensate for their current mortgage.
Their main bonus is no business income tax only, 
and not the free -paid workers, 
because they themselves are the only workers.

Their restructuring is either to sell the house, 
or acquire other persons to help share own the expensive property.


After property has been purchased through the Kingdom of Frances' Central Bank, there are no interest rates or loans on the property, merely the yearly value chosen, such as 5000 or up to 10,000 per person.

If a person or persons want a more expensive property with less ownership involvement, & have additional funds and income, they can obtain a loan from a bank from elsewhere, as smaller mortgage.
Any increase mortgages must be obtained before the sale goes through,
as it is an increased value outside of our central bank.

On purchase, the increase mortgage bank agreement, of 50000, ie.,
needs to forward to our central bank to verify the sale to the parties concerned.
