This is the explaination of the weight avator and its workings

To create a continual experience of weights being rebalanced, so the humans interfere the littlest amount:

2. Bringing a weight heavier than yourself with you to descend, and lower the elevator, 

(such as recycling, grey-water, furniture, etc.), while at the same time,

bringing up a larger weight than normally used, helps to rebalance the system. 

3.the real-time living option is, 

to go with "a pressure upstairs system", via upstairs an hydrolics lowering pressure kitchen (for instance) "upstairs only", 

yet relegated to when it lowers into a pump-lift action from below.

The air pressure is sent below....  and then sends a return weight, 

to re-loads the upper level, for additional return trips.

Also a manual pressure pump of the reload, also works, 

by foot or bicycle or hand pully, on the second level, (or tree-house), 

while the pump action elevates the water or weight from an aquaduct 

or weight-ready area below.

Once the above area (second level) has plenty of weight in re-fill, (for the return trips), 

there is no reason why the user would have to climb the stairs at all. 

 

Sugar Elimination

As time has progressed and people have learned again and again
by science and experimentations that sugar is a devaluant to health and well  being, we need to remove it from our daily nutrition intake.

It is listed all over the internet in recipe after recipe,
and science has proven, time and time again, that it causes:
brain damage, hyperactivity, death to healthy cells, tooth destruction,
birth defects, premature births, low birthweight infants, and diabetes.

To hand out recipes containing sugar amounts,
it can be a seen as a direct attack against a persons health.
The author's that are listing white and cane sugar-use recipes,
are delivering damagable proponents to others.
This is a punishable crime, and enters into a serious problem.

We have learned from the past studies to abstain, from it., and avoid it.,
but the recipe websites are offering the old recipes available for free.
If you run a recipe website I strongly recommend removing those recipes,
or you and your company are up for an inclusion in a litigation at any time.

The sugar industry is only a business, and supporting it via grandmother's
old recipe is a time past.

We are nothing through science, if we do not use its learned knowledge,
and go on from 300 years ago, past the sugar trade colonial domination.

Also included as unhealthy sugars are:

condensed corn and wheat (grain) syrups,

as those sugars have also been proven to be an accelerator of body damage.

Healthy Alternatives:

Healthy non-condensed alternatives exist, and they are:

stevia,

agave,

honey,

fruits and fruit juices, such as...

pear, apples, applesauce, plum, peaches, 
nectarines, cherries, bananas, etc.,
dried fruits: 
dates and date water, raisins and raisin water, etc.,

a few natural carbohydrates such as: 

sweet or yam potatoes, pumpkin
natural non-condensed milk sugars,
and also some sweet herbs.

All of which can be used in those original old recipes
and are not derogatory to the body.

White Sugar:

The white sugar is a direct hit,
as a drug that strips anything and everything in its path
for delivery to be recognized as a first energy.
Humiliating the other energy components of cells, that release energy slower,
rendering those energies void, 

and the white sugar goes into attack the pitituary gland,
disturbing the blood sugar levels.
Once the blood sugar levels are upset,
mania is induced into the body,
as a panic in a riot event.
Bringing severe stress to healthy cells that were calm and
non-disturbed in their response, before the interference.   

Litigation:

If the candy companies and big sugar businesses want to joe camel for a while,

I find that would be more than stupid...

Litigation after litigation, class action lawsuits,

groups of millions of people looking and seeking damages for the mistreatment.

People wanting and receiving monetary payback,

as their health has been destroyed...

in the light of so much known information and data,

that the companies have had available to them as straight up knowledge.

That any judge can clearly read as evidence, against sugar.  

"against sugar usage for humans and animals, as it damages their health."

The murky info is with ~ raw brown cane sugar ~, I would avoid it entirely.

Labeling:

As with cigarettes, a danger label,

such as dangerous to consume~ labeling can be included on packaging,

but that does not stop litigation,

by persons and their families, even after a death.

An *individual listing sugar recipes may not be held accountable,

but the company offering the reading info to others can be.

The online terms and conditions of the recipe websites, need to be modified,

for the recipe listers to know of the stipulation at sign-up

and/or when they list a recipe.

the sugar recipes that need to be removed,

or held out for chefs, bakers and cooks to modify with healthier ingredients.

Property rent-out rules

Before renting a property out,
under the guidelines of the property government:

To include:

1. winter curtains for all windows.
2. refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer.
3. renewed wood floors, instead of the over-carpeting.
4. ladders for gardening. in-house also for light-bulb changes.
5. light fixtures that cover exposed light-bulbs.
6. double paned or triple paned windows.
7. complete fencing that contains tiny dogs.
8. liveable doorknobs, not ones that hurt the hands like the french uprights.
9. a few eco-mattresses, ones with natural fiber within.

Not to include:

1. playground items: swings, trampolines, etc., give them to a local warehouse for re-use elsewhere.
2. cordwood: or any wood at the ready for a fireplace.
3. over-old sofas and chair furniture, send that also to the local warehouse for re-lining with new materials. 
4. domesticated animals: any dogs or cats that lived with you or you were feeding and housing daily.

Rental repairs during the 20 year time frame,
such as needing new major appliances,
are included later, with the 10 % government pre-paid property repair budget,
but not at the beginning. 
(the up to 10%* in rental repairs are deducted from the owners property payment when they sell. *10%, if held 20 yrs.)


The rental repair budget does not go that far:
as a 100000 valued property is 10000 in repairs over the 20 yrs.
which is only 500 per yr. , including basic repairs,
such as sink repairs, cleaning, and an eco milk-painting included, and allows for wild meadow gardens to remain, instead of a over-mowing everywhere.
Please leave a note for the workmen and workwomen if you have such a habitat garden in progress. As to not destroy the grounds for wild animals such as hedgehogs etc.

Rental property items to share when not in use:

local and/or regional warehousing, for:

when long-term renters and gov-builders want to use the equipment. 

1.) curtain exchanges, when renters want a different color scheme, etc.

2.) playground items, swings, table tennis, badmitten nets, trampolines, etc.,

3.) appliances, such as microwave ovens, tv;s etc., that renters can swap around.

4.) extra furniture items: such as tables, chairs, 

that renters can use in-house, or in-apartment. 

5.) electric garden appliances. 

6.) tiny green-houses, potting sheds, 

7.) mis-purchased or no longer needed housebuilding items:

 roof slates, cupboards, in-house hardware (doorknobs, light fixtures), 

glass, etc.

As garage storage, individually often furthers many items into distress, ...,

eaten electrical cords, rain damage, etc.

...and workers to maintain the local (regional warehouse.), 

washing curtains etc, when necessary.

and also including a repair-person for the washing-machines, 

dryers, tv's, etc., to repair or verify if the appliance is unusable.

themselves are purchased from the yearly 20000 pre-paid gift card.,

and first time sales into the system, are to the government for resale later,
...the owners receive the houses' prior valuation (4x's higher),
 minus what they did not pay for the house, via loans remaining.
