Reclaiming Lands Back from British Give-Aways

*badly written blog warning:

So there they have been ...buying europe like a plague of over-purchasers,
ordered-to by tv shows,
not using the euro,
buying through British banks and loans on British pounds.

The big easy the no-down payment needed loans,
to purchase and not maintain the land and properties of the planet
with any eloquence or future in mind,
aside from the directives of financial profits to self and family.

Handing over meadow and forested regions to farmers to mow,
and use for whatever they reason they require.

These are typical reasons the British have given-in to the farmers:

1.  Its Too big for them to maintain, they say, its only for a large garden,
so they need the farmers to use their machines, elsewhere.

2.  They say they must have the big machine mow and refarm to stop, ticks, the spread of those insects. This information is a false, the ticks grow specifically in regions non-diverse. less flora, less old growth, access to too much light, wind and sunshine, that is the bringer of those insects into fruition.

3. They all do it, give the land to the farmers to retill.
That is the follower reason, being like the others, the sweet dream...
dancing us all into insect plagues and a non-oxygenated planet.

4. Non aggitation reasons:
"We don't want to make waves with the locals,
as they may even break in and thieve from us when our back is turned,"
So the owners give away the land to maintenace rights, (Hectare after Hectare),
succumbing into the fear of losing a few precious items and the "talk about their sanctuary" to the others of their purchase class.
Their purchase class being ones who have a bank loan.

5. Letting Holiday Property
As seen on TV., well also the internet, pretty little house after pretty little house as the example, yet again follower syndrome to be like the others.
Forgetting that each pretty little house usually comes with 2-3-4 Hectares.
Hectares that were not agriculture, but they are now, no thanks to their give aways.
Those lands before had every opportunity to be natural areas, where even the wild pigs and deer would roam, letting that happen, letting the old growth fall as it may.

Now we are our here in hamlets and groups of houses surrounded
by over done farming. So the only answer for immediate bring back to our natural spaces
is in our tiny gardens, the 1-2 acres.

Claiming back gardens, front gardens... living with the darkened green mosses outside,
the chlorellic-enhanced light that breathes a different health into the air for everyone.

This reclaim must happen everywhere a house has a garden area.
Every garden we have is now the place where our forests have to live.
We can't wait around for a forest area to be designated elsewhere and rely on that action.
The old smart sharing with the forest and house, is a respectful co-existence, that the old bleakened subdivisions need to mimic.
I am seeking out neighborhoods of the world that already co-exist with old growth trees, such as parts of larkspur, ca., and parts of salt lake city.
But the photos are too often
realtor sites with house-only shown.
The house in the photo does bother, if the road to it was excessive in length, but its the only house photo with older trees, I could find quickly.

Then, I remember, I can't type in older trees and hou%se,
because it becomes a misunderstood priority,
so we can't seek these items together without google priority repercussions
of the wrong lumber commercialism websites being upped.

Maybe someone at google could help with this problem,
as the search engine needs to be less giving to non-eco businesses.

Laying down the cards,
I have seen many US subdivisions and people already live together with tremendously old trees, in their gardens,
where the grounds foundation, under the house,
is stronger than before by the trees root system.

Becoming a major helper with earthquake shifts and roll stability.
The house construction needs to rest on top of the trees root system for the earth quake ride, as if in a basket or held in its hands, a helper to mr and mrs san francisco.
Concrete a definate wrong foundation.,
and a flexible, live foundation being the better choice.
Having live trees woven into a house, into all kinds of shapes and bends,
makes a flexible house that can withstand the bounce and shaking,
and the only major problem would be a cliff drop-off that happens in rarer locations.

A redwood tree's roots extend into a 200 ft spread similar to a web design.
So san francisco's underground was woven tight, before the victorian build uprising.
Those trees also lived into the thousands, surviving the quakes that came and went.

As well a cut tree undermines this intention of foundational hold, it decomposes, (like straw directly on soil/dirt) the root structure collapses, releases gases and degenerates, sinking the above property.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The 300 yr-new, US land grab,  has left a remaining plethera of sustainable living, whereas europe was devasted years before that
by too many farmed meadows and wood required heat sources.
The bringback to european air quality 800 years ago, can happen, it's all about creating the law to protect trees and its enforcement.
Instead of sending run-off from bleached swimming pool water into our grounds,
year after year, hearing news reports again, another hemaphradite human is born.
With build-ups of China into americana living subdivisions and British give-aways we have lost a precious breath and now we are blaming, when we can barely breathe or speak.
"I blame you," gasp gasp "I need more air."
Old Growth Gardens
The heady environed air of an old growth garden is thick, and seems to be a non-easy breath, but one must breathe deeper there, not shallow quick and spasmed into shortened life cycle.
When large areas are allowed to grow normally they become filters and regenerators for miles and kilometers around.
They also do not feed mosquito growth habits, as the bat numbers are renewed,
living in old dark woods and finding their edibles at nightfall.
In this excitement,
we go way past the sustainable farming objective,
into "neighborhood forest rewilding"
with more vertically grown gardens.
Each subdivision becomes a large forest
with a new tiny forest~ house to house,
with each inhabitant living with our redwoods, chestnuts and willows, etc.
And the others who cannot live wilding the lands on site, move back to the city.
Stopping farmer give-aways:
In many purchased areas there are forests and meadows ready to happen and be renewed.
Land not to be given away to local farmers, to hobby farm as a maintenance giveaway.
Sold as 'your the stranger here' tactic, as a buyers purchase type of intimidation.
...intimidation because one may lose the initial first 10 % (the old french purchase way.),
In many purchase cases, the british property owners have given most of the land away to be re-tilled into infamy. Eyesore land... that cannot be walked on comfortably or enjoyed at all, for animals, persons or flora.
How to remove these old farm deals over land work rights,
is a bit of a tangle but they can be undone and it is possible....
Perhaps a forum group who specifically reviews farms and their work areas,
via land maps, where all parties agree to the land map, and then the group makes rulings in care of the agricultural and notary departments and the farmers abide with the decision of the group of jurors, that helped.
As there are so many properties to be reviewed and reorganize, a photo upload website for the map images can help.
Back to regional regeneration:
To regenerate the area, it may require a bit more animals other than a few squirrels (saved from the fur factories) to move-in, to replant the seeds and nuts.
The additional problem is if the area is enhanced to be a reserve for wild boars and larger forest animals, the hunters from one generation to the next,
seem to all of a sudden receive a bounty from the hard work of ecologists.
and our work to save the world is ended quite quickly at the firing from their rifles.
So protection laws have to be implemented that span into hundreds of years to support old forest growth life cycles and animal habitats.
The agricultural department has to regulate the law to the farmers that a property purchase on or near thier farming area, it no longer theirs to maintain nor be associated with.
As many can witness, the farmers giving free upkeep to the British and others, has parced-out france from its forests, and natural areas.
So the cuddly deal here, has been between the french farmers and the british property owners, and not the forests.
In non old growth areas, we have pictures of old growth forests to remind of the look, (notice the green healant hued-air), a look to use as a guideline to rebreathe the world with.
Agricultural Watch and Policing
There are obvious dumbs and then there are intentionals.
Actions held by farmers hiding behind the dumb,
the "I didn't know" are no longer tolerated.
As the machines they operate are beyond dangerous
to people, property and the ecosystem.
The suspect in question is found to be intentional in doing,
intentional action is malevalent and has purpose,
reasons of his own volitions, far away from justices of the real world.
Practices of using machine powers on a whim,
to lessen others into a feeling of weakness.
An agricultural war machine used,
where others watching are forced to be non-courageous
or else possibly be murdered.
The damaged pond shown in photos at the bottom of this blog,
represents several problems that the one callous action
by the farmer machine-operator has introduced into
this small ecosystem and hamlet.
An area that is not his property nor his responsibility to maintain.
Even if it was his property,
this is a dangerous illegal action toward the flora and fauna of the world.
Being a property owner does not allow one to "tame it" to their own picture,
as we have too many responsibilities, as keepers... to maintain the ecosystem
with continuance in mind rather than dismissal.
Tree trimmers have their work to trim trees away from the wiring and cables,
so tree trimming can never be the reason for the destruction in this instance.
Danger to Hamlet Properties:
The area has a pond below the hamlet's residential level,
constantly giving uninterrupted drainage in times of deluge,
which stops flooding and allows for natural habitat sustainability.
The pond is now partially filled in with decidous and non-decidous trees.
This continued action would have exposed the hamlet to the danger
of severe flooding. Which could have quickly destroyed up to 5 residences.
Danger to nesting and aquatic habits:
The large fir tree over 30 years old is now crossing the pond,
luckily the farmer was deterred, by a resident, and the hamlets drainage piping is still active. The frogs and other amphibians still have air to use the water as a breeding ground.
However, the nuthatches in particular are in decline in the region and require non-deciduous trees year-round
to gather tiny insects from the sap and resins.
This is a sad mourning for their loss in numbers once again.
The "it will grow back" attitude, is too late, for them,
the nuthatches, and the continuance ecocycle.....
There are no squirrels here, no chipmunks,
no middle tree small mammals.
I am sorry to say this area is a dead zone,
supporting only occasional species,
where before it housed many mammals.
Reintroduction of species in the area will not work,
as many of the bird and mammal species from before,
cannot live in sparse hedgerows or treerows,
they require relaxed forest and bushed areas,
untouched and unmaintained by humans.
There are not enough forests here,
all the way across france, it is a dire situation.
The goal here is to live once again with survivability,
re-shadowing the woods and reclaiming territories
fat with happiness for tiny nuthatches, squirrels and chipmunk.
 Away from happy time images...onto more possible reasons...
_________________________________________________________
Fear of shadows,
can be caused from the paranoid fear of "dead bodies"-in-the-bushes
from watching cop shows.
The action itself answers the perpetrator,
as one carrying this fear... of being afraid of shadows,
another reason to remove the keys from the driver.
Over-supply and commisions
It is yet again a look at the over-agriculturing allowability being the cause, demanding more land for food, that is only sent the food markets and people into further waste and gluttony.
Sponsored by commodities market marketeers,
damaging our world, in order to live a pimped-up existence in housing and lifestyle.
A tractor jab into the side spans, is more land stolen for grassland:
As it's far easier to re-extend the fence line, when the trees are no longer there,
especially when there are no people living there also, intention to let the
cows munch a little more grass,
upping the size of the herd................................................. for extra farmer income.
Marketeers
Playing the market!!!! beetles, chemicals and disease oh my!
Agriculturists are right there at the action score of the chem companies,
the new 'infestation news'... the direct or directed driver of the market game.
Thus in larger instances of spindled forest properties we must include this possibility,
a major financial market fix also known as insider trading.
Creating and trading the news of disaster crops,
making profits at our planetary expense.
 Danger to trees and introductions of disease:
This action here is not classed as a forest slash technique
as it was minimal and will repair. However had we not been here,
too many trees would have been exposed dangerously to the cambrian layer,
the leading creator of tree blights, and beetle infestations worldwide.
The open assault to bring the danger of tree blights and beetle infestations are akin to murdering massive areas of habitat, and even bringing indirect murder upon the population of persons of the planet.
As the population requires trees to be supplied with food or else perish.
Once a blight has been introduced it does not care the tree variety,
so, there goes pears, apples and even wine, for a time.
"Eat of the wheat only then.", a new motto? the murder will take place for all.
via the reduction of necessary dietary vitamins.
The only stop to these diseases and infestations,
while keeping food diversity, is to stop the destructive farming practices.
Over-reactions to burn!
Conclusions made toward beetle and/or blight introduction to an area
is not a reason to further slash and burn either, as chances for the planetary oxygen cycle are higher to live with a few diseased trees and plants, trying to naturally fight and rehabilitate themselves away from the man-introduced tree diseases.
It is always better to have a limited availability in certain foods, for a time,
while those trees are kept to fight and become resistant,
without spraying or adulterated man-made techniques.
Seeds
The survival trees, include with them survival seeds,
so their next generations are more resistant to plagues also.
If it is found that the lesser mammals shown above
are also the helpful planters of the trees seeds,
selecting the most auspicious location and healthy seeds,
sending thier own next generations into survivability also....,.
Then a very important missing link lives again,
finding we already have keepers of the forest.
Discovering that man doesn't need to participate in its regrowth,
rather back away, and let the little mammals redefine
the oxygenated future of the forests.
More firewood?
If the lame reason is said to be thus,
then thats a blatent theft yet again. as there is no way,
whether the farmer owns the land or pretends to own the land or says he maintains it for the property owner.........he is a scalper of the trees all around here and has proven this by taking rows of trees away from existence. The tractoring and hauls of firewood... for the obvious only, greed and monetary gain, stolen from our future.
This not a tree farm area,  at all. and if the fir tree was conveniently pushed-over by the tractor machine and driver specifically for a firewood haul, that is yet again a theft action. (see the reportage area for specifics.).
This overdone action is so dangerous that it is a lead up to not a silly joke war against neighbors, but a shade-toned far deeper into being murdered for protecting the rights of the planet, a very sad day, a day the habitating woman is pushed into unnecessary stresses.
Aggressive emotives begin and the woman right here typing, is killed.
Now what do you do with the body as it is no longer in the bushes,
its exposed,  blugeoned and bloody.
           "Make sure its a cloudy day on your death door visit."
As they have to quickly bury her and fill the pond with her in it, with her car,
as its a rental it has to be hidden forever and quickly.,
The car insurers will only claim a non returned vehicle and hit her and her husband up for a fine.
And the murderers non-remorseful question becomes only,
"to torch or not to torch",
how poetic to miss america, her liberties to speak and type for an environmentally sustainable planet destroyed by her sudden "disappearance back to america".
"Murder anyone lately? is it a habit here? what is this truth-in-motive mr farmer,
stay the hell away from my person or else as is the norm in any over-abusive situation, some human will be killed.
My advice is .....
send your bastard minion drivers on the runways of dirt they already inhabit, for populous food sources, away from this asphalted hamlet road.
***Also those large machines damage the road surface.
Anger anger incites, is she dead yet!
_______________________________
As the farm machine operator has proven himself to be in grosse negligence of
standard farm work ethics, tree tending practices, not abiding to use the correct roads-to-fields.
(This hamlet road, may be a quicker route, but it is not a legal route for farm work usages, those usage access ways are on the field directly from the D road.)
Therefore, the farm workers are not welcome on this road and I reiterate the road is not for farm usage.
away from the emotive murderous moments here,
there is a chance for the trees to heal:
Healing:
In this instance, re-wrap the bark back to the cambrian layer of the tree trunks,
with tape and/or string and they will regrow healthy, after they weep a little..
Reporting
The obvious is to report these actions as one is able,
to the internet and hopefully we can bring them to a stop,
ceasing their license of operation.
I will think of a layout design to use as for agricultural crime occurances,
to help others, as it does become blog epic-ry rather quickly.
As there always seems to be one more thing,
that is important to the case,
as we are diehards to stop this stupidity from happening again..
The one more thing is..... All large trees and tree cutting events belonging to the  hamlet and/or nieghborhood become a forum, in decision, however, certain major decisions have already been pre-decided by laws and regulations,
meaning:
certain trees of certain ages and statures are heritage trees
and cannot be hurt nor harmed.
The only discussion about those trees is whether to tourist it or not,
 obviously never running a sharp blade from a tractor near it.
Old growth trees
The fall of such a grandiose old growth tree back into the grounds of continued growth. Bringing the soils healthy insects, fungii and bacterial elements that replace new vigor and sustainabilty, into a refreshing of the grounds,
falling there and living another way, after a storm condition event.
A death by natural cases for any tree, one allowed to live into the old growth phase, is a respect we all need to recognize and find the fallen tree in its withering also a beauty that cannot be destroyed either.
Remembering that the old way of tidying back into clean lawn constructionism,
only directs us all back into being 'wheat-eating only' planetary peoples,
a suicidal order, to all of the others,  a jim jones type of decision, that renders us into its "kool-wheat of death".
Back to the particulars:
The pond area damaged is 20-25 ft by 50-75 ft.,
up to 75 ft. depending on the rainfall.
The ponds giant willow tree
(most likely a golden willow,
30m high or so, not shown in the photos, except maybe a few branches),
is living its life in its full stature and appearance, I believe it to be a heritage tree,
thusly, its habitat and surrounds cannot be destroyed,
as to be living near this rarity here that is a rarity beyond belief.
Therefore tapping into and killing its offspring brings a vengeance
declarity ...this over-farmed action,
being an attempt to stop the future renewal of its descendants.
It lives in a perfect habitude, near its constant water supply, the pond.
With any reportage, include as many details such as the photos and extenuating circumstances of a magnificent tree nearby, such as the willow,
that also has to endure this tragic fearic episode of "what the heck!",..........
"i was taking a snooze and then this machine starts romping on my plants, "go to hell, for tampering in my soils, says the tree, non-cartooned, and in the for real."
After so many life years spent situated, in, around, and down-under,
one can easily imagine and the wisely knowledged tree formulating matter itself
into find partners to fight in the cause of its non-destruction.
So in the event,
this type of agricultural machine operator destroys habitat near you,
report the perpetrator of the crime,
less be unspoken.... and his accessory to the illegal action.
Other actions such as using the tractor machine(s) to:
uproot boulders and trees, disturbing natural waterways
are also included as an "Agricultural Crime".
Queen of France
Genealogy Chartware
At the bottom of this blog, are links to the spreadsheet,
Before overdoing it though, adding surnames,
the sheet is really only good at keeping 10 generations of data.
The larger the sheet becomes, you'll need some type of gedcom thing other.
However it does help start the process of collecting surnames,
and give listings of each generations new surnames (shown below)
and a few other original items.
Don't lose the data warning:
If extending the sheet, it only supports 256 columns, with libre office,
in xls, somehow ods, allows a few more columns.
and xlsx, is not supporting it thus far.
If used in sync with the bloodline inheritance trust idea, you can fortune your families businesses and properties together via the surnames.
16 to 32 trusts, per person.
-------------------------
**This spreadsheet program is only for manual search collection of surnames, normally from online gedcom data found:
not a gedcom automatic input mechanism.
The sell:
The cool thing is the % of ancestral origins.
It keeps data for up to 17 generations,
and determines ancestral origins %'s, from generations 6 - 8.*
Meaning native origins with %'s up to 100% of 41 various planetary origins,
such as being icelandic, english, russian, etc...,
and you can add your own, unusual origin.
*up to the 8th gen. needs to be filled in for accuracy,
12.5% each great-grandparent, if the surname is unknown,
enter husband/wife and use an approximate guess.
avoid country code errors though, or you get unknown ancestry %'s,
such as using f for france, instead of fr.
(I listed one code was wrong in the code sentence, its mx.) I won't update the spreadsheet anymore, as I lose the url and have to redo the uploading. As I used vlookups, its xls only. and not happy as a google doc. their way supported.
xls, gnumeric or google
It works in .xls in open office (libre),
and gnumeric linux,  and it did work once in google documents,
perhaps windows also, but it's not tested there.
A html viewable version is shown at the google link below.
**ssconvert is a useful conversion prompt program
to convert endings from gnumeric to xls.
but, saving as xls, should keep it that way for gnumeric.
~gnumeric is quicker to load, yet open office has more designy features.
Surnames
Lists of the surnames are ready to be printed from the 'surname page'.
They are available as a group of names, and other ways such as new surnames
included with each generation.
Start page
Fill in the yellow boxes with your surnames,
then start the database...on the mother and father pages,
(the fathers page holds the examples.)
As mentioned on the start page,
each new generation will require a copy update,
so perhaps every 20 - 40 yrs, the data needs to be filled in again.
If a programmer:
A form taker maker could include an enhancement to automatically update
for each new generation,
The non-spreadsheet 'data field placer' could be implemented
to automatically use the static database of fields for entries,
with online data gathered and thusly receive the ancestral origin outputs, etc.
Adding info
I only include space for one pair of dates, 1775/1777,
indicating a husband and wife's birth date,
placed to the left of his first name.
and their birth locations vahalia poland/baden germany
listed to the left of his surname.
There is additional writing space in the notepad area
of each great grandparents data section.
**match the color-toned boxes to find where
to put the next generations' surname.
back to...the ancestral codes:
once a surname is entered into it's color-toned box,
the ancestral code box numerates, fill-in the code,
... i for ireland, swe for sweden etc, etc.
and the surname page shows the updates.
 Examples
Don't let the animal surnames scare you,
I wasn't attempting any genetic morphications,
merely using them as example names.
Examples can be deleted and replaced with your data.
A few ancestral codes were thrown in,
to show the % of ancestral origin data more effectively
on the surname output page,
Saving:
The sheet files are not protected,
as I can't ever get that to work, so if you delete a cell that held a formula,
you may need to repair the cells missing data field, with a blank version of the spreadsheet or lose its counting prowess..
Google sharing:
The spreadsheet is easy enough to use that it can be used as a datashare
for a group to update the contents online,
via one password protected username via google documents.
It is clunkier to view and update, but it works.
Formula area:
The main formula area is after the hot pink area A164,
at the bottom of the sheets,
and is not for the adding of surnames,
If you want to rewrite sections of the spreadsheet, the formulas are mainly there.
Fonts
The fonts are better looking via the gnumeric version,
and the chancery kinda looks better than comic sans,
as comic sans is massive by comparison and needs reduction.
but it does work with google, albeit larger.
Re-uploading
For google documents,
try to keep the spreadsheet 500 rows and 256 columns
less than 5MB's as it is heavily formulated.
I guess that's it... unless I attempt a chart image.,
the xls gnumeric happy version: gnumeric .xls
or the google version:  Google link
a warning if you are uploading to google:
to not over-customize the colors in xls,
as they may not be accepted with googles palettes.
------------------------------------
this is an output of one parent, from my genealogy chartware
with the surnames as yet known...
The problem with genealogy, the mothers maiden name, has been often used as id.,
a very bad idea for any one who wants to discover their heritage.
It has been a foolery of those companies,
as these names are imperative to use as acknowledgement
that no in-breeding of persons occurs:
